Clarity Search Partners specialise in connecting accountancy/ taxation professionals (qualified/ part qualified) to opportunities in practice, industry and financial services.
We are a dynamic player in the Dublin market, co – founded by Patrick O’Rourke (MD) and Anthony O’Neill (Director). With successful appointments ranging from senior management to entry level positions, no business requirement is too big or small.
Patrick O’Rourke
Managing Director
A recruitment specialist with experience working in start-up, boutique and large staffing firms, Patrick has a proven track record providing a consistent, professional recruitment service to a wide range of organisations which include Accountancy Firms, PLCs, Banking Institutions, International and Domestic Insurers.
Patrick graduated with a BA Arts (Economics and Politics) from UCD and MA (Security and Conflict Studies) from DCU.
Patrick is married to Dorothy and is a lifelong Clontarf Rugby Club member (still managing to get around the field), frustrated golfer in St. Anne’s GC and infrequent marathon runner.
Anthony O’Neill
Director
Anthony graduated with a Master's Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Manchester in 2009. After registering as a pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland in 2010 he began working as a locum pharmacist throughout the greater Dublin area.
In 2011 he teamed up with his close friend, Eamonn Hynes, and founded Clarity Locums which had become one of the largest locum agencies in Ireland and now provides pharmacists nationwide to the community, hospital and industry sectors.
